worst customer experience no proper responsibility

HI There ,

Please Note that service Accelerit Uncapped 30/30mbps has been installed successfully, but not activated because of router is not working problem with Accelerit router,

To deliver new router it won't take 1 or 2 hours but 24 hours over no response , Customer care team is saying it will take 4 to 5 day to deliver a router , with out Activation of internet how can they debit amount from account ?, which is worst customer experience
