Worse than Telkomo

Worst service since Telkom. Don't go with them as an ISP. I should have cancelled when I noticed the problems very early. They took nearly 3 months to install where I had to phone Vodacom on Accelerit's behalf to get the installations done. Even after that they did not even have the router set up properly. It has been fairly stable but that is not when you judge a company, you judge a company on when times are rough. Accelerit does not come to the table when you have a problem. They only respond to tickets after it has been resolved, which gives you no idea whether someone is working on it or not. So the times when it does not get resolved within a few hours, you can sit days without feedback unless you phone them, which also doesn't help much as all they do is blame the company that owns the line. Their customer services is **********, where they are not even hesitant to make you feel like you are the bad guy for being frustrated and poor service. If I could give zero stars I would.
