Worse Customer Service

Accelerit is the worst service provider I have ever had to deal. Customer service sucks nobody knows what they are doing. Accounts and technical people dont know what they are doing. Its a waist of money and time. If you sign up with them because you will loose money and time.

Such *********** people should not be out there and providing a service. What does it entail to start this kind of business? Honeslty there has to be strict regulations. We cant have people running customers down like this.

I am DONE with this useless service provider.
