WIFI which refuses to stay active without regular downtime

Hi - When you take a WIFI connection the least you expect is for it to work without any issues

On Accelerit over the past 6 months have not head any 2 days without downtime during peak office hours - Only thing which works is their billing - Disgusting service

Further when you log a ticket they take 6 hours to resolve - Is this the service proposition from a wifi provider - Get out of your business if cannot manage the connectivity seamlessly
