Wifi instalation / router

I would to lay a complain with the service I received from Accelerit , I paid for my wifi three weeks ago and they said it will only take 48hrs to be installed . I called to speak to the manager they put me hold for an hour and end up hanging up . I'm loosing clients because they are *********** .
