Wi fi is down every day or every second day and twice a week for 14 hours and 5 hours at a time

One star is way too high ! The claim to provide a 24/7 service but every day or every second day the service is down. On Sunday it was down for 14 hours and today it has been down for 5 hours and there is no apologies or updates. Do Not use celerity and accelerit their services are more down than up and they expect their customers to accept this appalling service, I am terminating the services this month because I have had to use all my data with no compensation from either celerity or accelerit DO NOT use either one of these providers!
