Wi-fi connectivity unreliable, poor support, frustrating service

I have continually been battling with Accelerit for months now with poor service, limited support, continuous wi-fi downtime, lack of communication, and not keeping promises to send a technician to my flat.

My issues are as follows: Wi-fi connectivity continually breaks down at night and weekends, and the support team only work limited hours during the week, so I have to resort to using 3G which adds to my monthly data expenses. The support centre, when they get my complaint, just say they will monitor and advise, without ever resolving the problem that just starts up again. This most recent time they have failed to send the technician at the time promised, and I am left frustrated at the lack of communication.

Despite my continued complaints, not once has a manager contacted me to try and resolve. I am no longer going to pay a ridiculous fee for a service that is non-existent. My only saving grace is that it is a pay-as-you-go service so I will be voting with my feet and leaving them if the matter isn't resolved.

I am so frustrated at dealing with them that I want to start finding alternative providers that can offer a good value service that doesn't break down, in the Sandton area. Any recommendations welcome.
