Welcome to Accelerit! South Africa’s worst ISP.

I installed a fibre connection and for Accelerit as my ISP. THe first time I connected the router. It didn’t work. I called and stayed on the line for hours.

This became every day for a week. I eventually gave up. However, at the end of the month, a debit order went through. Still, no internet connection. I started the calls, the ticket logging.. the works!

Finally after 2 days someone answered my call. They reconnected me. But the connection only lasted for TWO DAYS! Then they stopped taking my calls.

At the end of month 2, debit order went through again. I called. They said they will call me back in 15 mins, they never did. Miraculously, the next day it was working. But, so short lived. Because now, a week later.. internet is gone! AGAIN!

I am trying to cancel the subscription but they are not even taking my calls. Or waiting time is at least 40mins before someone takes your call (that machine lies with waiting time)

Worst! Do not subscribe!
