WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY - WORST ISP EVER

You make me believe that Accelerit is company that just take our money and don’t bother about their clients , we pay you for internet and get none , it cost us money to phone you and send these emails. Cost us money to buy data via Telkom and Vodacom yet we paid you for a fibre service. Why can’t you guys get it right , zoom as been out to us to test and assist however your company never bother , never call , never apologize, You say you escalated to senior people , where are they as they never email or call. We are your new clients, you have taken two payments already yet 100/100 mbps line is always off or very slow (under 10mbps) We would appreciate the person in charge resolving this issue , Zoom was here 2 hours ago test show no faults onsite , please can we get service we paid for Wonder if you’ll read emails , got no response from previous emails Imran ***
