I've been with Accelerit for 3-4 years now and I have never been happy with the service, but they have topped themselves this time by never replying to my tickets as well as blocking their complaints line with bogus calls, I sat in the call cue for 30 minutes and only moved 5 spaces, I was number 29 in the que

one piece of advise, never join Accelerit, I will be swopping to a new ISP soon.
