Very UNHAPPY client soon to be ex-client

If I could give no stars I would. It is the WORST service provider ever, I wish whenever someone goes to the website a warning pop-up comes up to not use them. I am paying for a 20mbps line and barely get a 10mbps line and the connection drops at least once every hour. Phoning to sort out the issue only wastes your airtime as you need to hold the line for 40min+, when the call drops they do not phone you back, you need to go through the whole painful process of calling again. When you send a request with the cancellation of your subscription they reply with an automated email, their response time is extremely useless as well as the resolution of the issues. If you have not responded within 24hours they see the matter as closed and close your ticket instead of phoning you to ask if the issue has been resolved. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional internet service providers I have ever been with and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
