Utter BAD SERVICES

I've been reporting this incident to your office since last week after numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve it. If you are unable to assist, please refund my money so that I can seek other alternatives and options. I'm giving you until today to fix this mistake or I'll take further action!

This is clearly poor and terrible service, and I believe my time with you has come to an end. I am unable to pay and then appear to be left without service after payment - nonsense!
