Useless service

Accelerit is the most useless ISP I have ever seen in my life. I had a new fibre line installed. It has been longer than a week after the line has been installed, and they still cannot get it activated. When you contact them, you hold the line for more than half an hour at a time, and then the person who answer the call, cannot help you. I have cancelled now, and want to sign up with a different ISP, but now it is another uphill battle to get my line released. They are a useless with zero customer service. I will never advise anybody to sign up with them.
