Useless

This place is useless and they owe me money. I requested a refund from them in November 2022. They told me it’ll be 12-14 working days before the refund goes through. It is now November 2023 and I have not received my refund from them. We have gone back and forth with them telling me that they have sent the refund (no proof was sent to me when I asked for it), however I did not receive the refund. It’s unacceptable and they refuse to take accountability.
