USELESS ACCELERIT

I have this fibre network and it has not worked for a single day that it was installed!!

They debited R593 yesterday but their internet is not even showing. Absolutely useless. I have sent multiple emails and I am not getting any help from them except that I must restart my router; which is obviously NOT WORKING!!
