Useless Accelerit

Utterly the most unsatisfying service i have ever received, Accelerite is the worst at providing good sustainable service. My fiber was installed promptly at my premises and had decent internet for the first two to three months there after it became a constant struggle. Speed issues monthly weekly daily, web browser issues. Just issues and when you open a ticket, a simple generic message is sent to you and ticket is closed with no resolution whats so ever. They seem to always have some or other pathetic excuse, and never ever any feedback or actual assistance.
