Unprofessional service

It's been more than a month now since we've been waiting for the fiber to be installed. In all honesty, I don't even know if i should wait anymore as I've lowkey lost all hope. There's no communication whatsoever, unless I'm the one who takes initiative. The last person I spoke to said to me they are also waiting for "feedback". As to what feedback she was referring to and whereabout it is coming from still remains a mystery to me. She even confirmed that the R49 we paid upfront was non-refundable, something that was never communicated to us when we actually paid it. At this point I can only warn anyone who isn't patient enough not to do any business with accelerit. And like I said, at this point really I don't even know if waiting for them is worth it anymore. This for me is rather unprofessional and disheartening. It just simply means that the client's interests are NOT at heart at all
