Unpaid refund and the worst service ever

i have received nothing but poor service from Accelerit. in May i queried receiving 2 invoices without having received a rooter. the rooter was delivered a month later after i had cancelled the subscription. in June i was billed and logged a call to cancel the subscription and for the rooter to be collected. since then i've been billed 2 more times, i personally delivered the rooter and still have not received my refund after this was confirmed on email.
