******** deductions and theft

I have been a customer of Accelerit for a while now, which I have opted for the 20/20mbps package R500 odd which can be seen on my previous statements . Now suddenly, without my permission it's changed to the 50/50mbps to the amount of R733. Who gave consent to change the option because it wasn't me.

Secondly, on the 4th of Feb I was charge on an amount of R293, for what? When the account was paid for the month. So it's ********.

Thirdly, I NEVER opted for debit order but money is being debited from my bank account details. That's a ******** offense and theft.
