********* and poor service

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid an application package which included a complimentary WiFi router. I have paid monthly for a 100/10 line, but the highest speed I have ever received in a test is 39mbs. From about 18h00 everynight it slows down to less than and adsl (no throtteling????) Yeah Right. Now after 2 years I finally cancelled and they want their equipment back with shipping at my cost and will not cancel until I send it back - I have in writing that I get a free router, nothing about it having to be returned if I cancel. *********, *********, Enetical.....
