****ty Customer service and ongoing technical problems

Since day 1 and no one from that company cares. I lack a word to describe the nonsense service from their Call Centre. If they do answer they are super rude as if they know nothing will happen to them. Is there a Manager there, I would like to find out. You log a query and never get a response, they do not f@%$#en care. You call them, their incompete agents pick up and just keep quite until you hang up. Which makes me wonder what they are doing there. They have attitude, and that comes across when you lucky and get to speak to one. Does this company care at all, do they know the shift service that we have to bare from their Call center? It's unfortunate that there's only 1 contact number for them. The reason I have to call them is because every time after load shedding I lose signal on my device, imagine every Flippin time. I am practically paying for a non existent service.
