Tried for 6 weeks to be a customer - no luck yet - moving on.

On the 19th March 2021 I approached them to be the ISP for us. They came back to me stating I used the wrong FNO (hope you know what that is, I didn't). Next they only take card payments - I wanted to pay by EFT. As you cannot speak to anyone, you have to pay R49 upfront by card. So I did that. Well they then decided to take R1700 odd off my card, which I had to get them to refund, they did. They then stated that I can pay by EFT but quarterly up front, I agreed. Well that was 1`0 days ago - NO RESPONSE. So I have tried to become a customer for 6 weeks and still have not got it right. I wonder how long it would take to get service when you are a customer. Maybe they no longer exist so they cannot respond. I am moving on to another ISP so that I can get service. I certainly do not recommend them to anyone.
