Tlotlo the Hero

There is never a month where they not down , I have spent almost 3 hours trying to get hold of them as my connection just dropped while working even had to go to the office to make up for the time lost. Today I was assisted by a consultant called Tlotlo I sent him a message when I got home to notify him that the wifi is still not up and running this was at 18:53 he guided me on what needed to be done to resolve the issue, I am not happy about the company he works for but i have to give credit where its due, Tlotlo has given me excellent customer service and wish all the other consultants were as helpful
