Threats from Accelerit

I gave notice to cancel servces Accelerit provided with internet in Nov 2023, next thing I am sent threats to pay R1800 or be black listed. I have asked what the amount is for as I gave notice but still getting texts from their so called lawyers with threats. I have requested for a breakdown of how the amount totaled to that and I am still waiting.

They must work on improving their services than threaten customers when they cancel because of their poor services!!
