This ISP it's a joke shame, incompetency on the stuff is at a higher level shame

you know this company or ISP needs to hire people with brains not just ****en idiots to assist us, logged a call with them on Saturday regarding my router that's not working and did get any help from Ofentse Ntuli the so called technical Senior Engineer and frankly that title doesn't belong to idiots or imbecils, then when I called today they take me from pillar to post regarding this and that idiot Ofentse didn’t even update my ticket correctly it was just closed. Now I ask myself what kind of isp is this, cause it is pure circus house there honestly.
