This ISP hold their customers hostage.

Stay away from this ISP. Once you sign up with them it is virtually impossible to leave them. I have sent numerous emails notifying them that I want to cancel my service with them. They simply just ignore my request. Then when you finally get someone to respond to your cancellation notification then they try and hold you hostage with the router.
