This is madness

They send you endless emails to pay a invoice after I've just shown interest in the service..i then decide to pay the invoice to get the installation done..then I hear that their infrastructure in not complete in my area and they not sure when it will be done after waiting 2 weeks..i request a cancellation and a refund and again a week later no feedback..i call them to enquire a week later and spoke to Beatrice in accounts and just get brushed off by telling me that she will escalate it and the supervisors are not available because they working from home..i wish I didn't even look at them as a service provider..the worst experience ever.
