*******. Horrible Customer Service

These people are *******. Do not trust them. All they cause is extra hassles and admin and a lot of frustration oh a loss of money. They've deducted over R700.00 from me so far. One month into my request and I have no active fiber and zero response to requests for calls on their "Client Portal" which is just a waste of internet space. Now I have to change my banking details to ensure they won't get another chance to deduct from me. At this point even if they were to provide me with the service I could never trust them to assist me in the future should there be any queries or issues I may have. So no, run away, close that accelerit tab pretend you never found them.
