I've been with Accelerit for 3 years and they have gotten progressively worse. I moved house 3 months ago. Before moving house, I enquired about whether there would be any instillation costs. I received an email from their sales department saying that since I was with them for 3 years, they would waiver the R1750 instillation cost from Vuma. I then gave them the go ahead to proceed. Low and behold, a 6 weeks later they debit me for the R1750, even after email confirmation that they wouldn't. I called them to query and they had the ordacity to admit their mistake and still keep the money. I then called for 3 weeks straight and was promised each time that someone would call back. I dealt with Avu from accounts, Wayne from sales and I eventually emailed their CEO Mr Mandla Ngcobo. The fact that their own CEO never had the decency to respond, shows how much he cares about his customers and how his company is viewed. It's pathetic. Now that I want to cancel, being given the run around. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. Find another company that takes customer's seriously. Don't fall into their trap.
