They ***** money!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I can even get over the fact that customer support is non-existent, and fault logging is pointless as they can taker a week to reply. What I CAN'T forgive is that they debit extra and will not refund, despite promises to do so. And you can imagine, each correspondence take a week or two to get an answer. Other people have this same problem.
