They are useless

They are a bunch of useless individuals. I ordered a 20 mbs fibre line from them, which I am happy with, all went great, until last week. I received a invoice for a 200 mbs lune. I send them countless emails stating that this is wrong and that I don't want the 200 meg line but want the 20 meg line. This morning the deducted a amount of 1393 rand from my bank for the 200 meg line which I didn't want. So guess what,I am canceling their services today. They are a bunch of *******.
