The Worst service provider.

I really don't know why this service provider is still operating. It's the worst thing to ever happen to South Africans. Every week their internet gives us problems around Midrand area, Cottonwood Complex to be exact and it doesn't go for just a couple of hours, it goes for a day and a half which inconveniences one that works from home and you can't even get straight answers when you call in. The staff is truly ***********, they can never help you diligently, when you make payment, they can't trace your payment even though proof of payment is sent. I believe they should close down. This is a waste of time. They take peoples money and not give them what they promised.
