The worst customer service

Hi All

If you want to get fiber installed at your house please please stay away from Accelerit as they are useless!!! I work from home permanently so rely on my fiber connection a lot but since last weekend I've been experiencing issues where my download speeds struggles to get above 5mbps (I'm on a 50mbps plan) and upload at 0.6mbps. My internet also keeps on dropping intermittently causing all my connections to drop. I raised this on their 24/7 client portal on sunday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I still haven't received any feedback so decided to call them. I was then asked to send them proof that my internet is slow which I've done, now 2 days later again and still no feedback. Tried calling them again, they answer the phone but don't say anything. I'm going to cancel my contract with them as they are useless!!
