The worse service. I want my money back

On the 1st September 2022 I gave Acclerite 30 day notice to cancel my subscription. I had already paid them for the month of September before I requested the cancellation. I received an email on the 20th asking if anyone contacted me. On the 30th September they deducted R579 for October I emailed them asking for my money back as I already sent through an email to cancel to date I have not received feedback and I have paid for a service I have not been using
