THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER ACCELERIT

I dont even want to give this company any form of star! ive had problems with them from day 1. Ive been more offline than online, To get through technical support takes 20min if im lucky or i dont get through at all. A consultant promised me credits for the time ive been offline. Until today i have not received them. I have asked the cancellation process from August and MANY consultants have tried to convinced me not to cancel or they did not want to take my cancelation. EVENTUALLY 4 September i sent a formal email asking that they take my cancelation. 4 October they come back to me that a have given my notice in late and it will only be cancelled end of October. THEY STALLED ME ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY KNEW IF I SUBMIT 4 SEPTEMBER I WILL HAVE TO STAY ON A MONTH EXTRA!!!!! MY LINE IS STILL ACTIVE AND THEREFOR I CAN NOT CONNECT MY NEW SERVICE PROVIDER. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS BEST! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!
