The most pathetic ISP I've ever dealt with. Stay far far away from Accelerit!
I've been with Accelerit for 2 months now, was working alright at the beginning and little over a month ago the problems started. The internet keeps on dropping almost everyday leaving me without internet and slowing me down when working. This has left me no choice than to go work at a coffee shop and makes me run out of data every month. I have been calling and emailing and still getting the same excuses over and over again also telling me that the line speed is working fine. Indeed it is but the speed only works when the internet is working as when there is no internet there is no speed. Is this too difficult for Accelerit to get? I don't see how I could run a speed test when the internet drops?! So to be clear one more time, the speed is not the issue, the internet cutting off is!
I therefore also asked them to do something about the invoice as I don't see why i should pay the totality of the invoice at the end of the month for a service I am not getting which also forces me to buy data and work at a coffee shop, but regarding the invoice they don't really know what to say and keep telling me they are going to look into the tickets I logged. Really people?
Your service is F*****G pathetic! I've been on the phone and emailing you everyday, I've got better things to do than to explain to you how to do your job properly. Like I've told the people I've been dealing with, have you seen the reviews you have on Hello Peter and Facebook? Do you even care?
Anyway, you are ******* that's what you are. Very quick to send the invoice at the end of the month but when it comes to take care of your clients that's another story. So should this matter not be solved and dealt with, I'm switching ISP. The lady over the phone didn't give a S**T when I told her that, she told me to write it down on an email. Like seriously? Is that the way you teach your staff to treat your clients?
I really expect you to get back to me with a solution this time (and don't tell me to run another speed test as this is not the issue!) and apologies for all the time you are making me loose. Should you not I am switching and keeping the router as I will now have to pay an extra activation fee with another ISP after having been with you for only 2 months. I think that's only fair as at the end of the day you're making your clients pay for a service they are not getting.
Seriously, get you S**T together! I don't know who's running this company but you are def not doing a good job!
