Thanks for nothing

I regret keeping up with this ISP for so long, its been almost 4 days in a row now with no internet from the evenings. Why are we paying for a service not rendered. My speedtest app is forever loading and searching for the provider. I have to constantly reboot the router and still no luck. Getting technical support from your call centre is the pits
