Terrible turnaround time from Accelerit.

Accelerit's turnaround time is just absolutely shocky. For over a week now they have not addressed our internet outage.

Always responds with notes that they escalated the matter and their managers Lubabalo Qoto and Lelethu Mjekula do not bother to respond to follow ups. As a result, we have spent over R1,300 buying pre-paid data as we work from home.
