TERRIBLE SUPPORT

Your customer support and lack of service is shocking! I pay for a 40Mmeg line but have never reached 40meg ever it only reaches 20meg. i have sent and phoned numerous times about this problem and you continue to shift the blame on TT connect yet you are the supplier that gets paid the monthly fee and fixes nothing.

Now I seem to have problems with my line once a week where I have no internet and have to perform to get this fix.

No one calls, no one helps I just get an email on instructions which is the lazy way out then to have send someone out to check this line that consistently gives problems.

Your customer service is shocking and nothing to rave home about. No recommendations from my side.
