Terrible service provider. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgusting back up support. They refuse to come out and assist with poor connection issues even after i offered to pay if it was any fault of mine.

My internet never performs at the speed I pay for....it barely functions at 50%. i have complained and logged complaints almost every month and to date, I have not had a technician visit. The connection is very unstable and we have had issues with the service from day one. 1 year later and I'm left with no other option but to make people aware of their poor performance.

Please reconsider if Accelerit is one of your future choices.
