Terrible service provider , avoid them by all means.

The supposed fibre is always down or buffering. It is on Month to month contract but after cancelling they start chasing you with a month notice and extra bill to pay. I cancelled them in January and they are still sending me bills for February to pay despite numerous emails to their management, no response except sending the bill and reconnection fee for a service that is already cancelled.
