Terrible service provider

Accelerit is absolutely horrible at handling queries, they hang up the phone on you while their connection is constantly unstable or connected without internet. I regret signing up with them however they are apparently the only ones around my area. I work from home 80% of the time and I must have back up because they never resolve anything efficiently.
