Terrible service

This company took an amount of R49 from my account on the 10 of May 2022.Everytime I do phone their call centre regarding getting connected I speak to different consultants and they don't seem to connect me.They always give me some story or another .They did not even make me sign the contract and send terms and conditions for the contract.They deducted an amount of R492 from my account on the 07 of June 2022.To date I am not connected .I am very angry regarding their services and I want my contract to be cancelled immediately.They insisting I pay a cancellation fee of R1800 but I was not aware of this fact .I don't seem to get any help from this company and they are taking my money.
