Terrible service and slow internet

I cancelled my contract with Accelerit due to no customer service, terrible internet speed, possible throttling. Accelerit does not respond to tickets logged online (As this is their main source of support) and simply close the call. Their contract requires a 30 day written notice for cancelations. In my case they want to cancel my contract with immediate effect and not refund my monies paid in advance for the month of January's account.
