Terrible service

I have had a terrible experience with Accelerit. It is near impossible to contact them, you stay on any line you try for over 20mins before you are either disconnected or the line goes dead. I have sent countless emails and I have been without internet since last Friday. They are so happy to take my money, and I received an invoice for the new month, but I have yet to receive the service I am paying for. This also isn't the first time I have run into a problem. Earlier inn the year we were without internet for over a week, no compensation was made on Accelerit's side to credit us for the time down or assist us in any way. Once again, it was made clear that our money was the only interest and not us actually getting what we paid for. I have tried cancelling my line multiple times, and they have still not responded and ignored my attempts.
