Terrible Service

I've been paying for a 100Mbps link for over a year but getting a speed of +/- 20Mbps with the Accelerit Technologies. The ISP is still failing to rectify this. I'm basically paying for a service they are failing to deliver.

I'm being taken from pillar to post between Accelerit IT and Zoom Fibre/ Flex to resolve this matter. None of them are taking accountability yet they are sitting with my monthly payments.

I'm failing to understand how there's no active way of escalating a problem through their call centre telephonically and on email.

I'm constantly following up, escalating and have exhausted all avenues. I'd like to be reimbursed from the time my service was activated.

This is by far the worst ISP/ service I have come across. I've requested for a reimbur*****t and upgrading the link to the correct bandwidth.

I have emphasized the importance of a having a fast, stable connection as I highly depend on a good connection for business.
