Terrible customer service from Accelerit!!!

Hi, Terrible customer service from these guys! You wait days to get a simple thing sorted out which is very frustrating. I understand people are working remotely but that should not disrupt remote functions that support other people working remotely! despite the fact we still paying our due fees and this has always been the case when you request for changes....terrible customer service! I am considering changing providers at this rate.
