Terrible customer service and support
Terrible service delivery and customer service, uncoordinated and frankly running their business blind, no feedback, no commitment to resolution.

Please be advised that our tech support on Saturday is from 08h00-14h00. When you finally responded to the email we sent you before 9am, we had already left fofr the day. However, we are working on getting support even on Sundays and Public Holidays.
