Terrible customer service

Had an ongiong refund ticket for 7 months straight before they refuded me what was rightfully mine. This is the wors ISP bar none. I even remember a radio breakfash show host saying they had an unresolved isue with them which could not get resolved becuase their ticketing system is dyfunctional, they do not answer calls (they will leave you ringing or hang up, trust me, I've been on hold from 9am to 2pm before). They are simply anti-business. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. Terminating your contract with them is a pain. You will spend weeks if not months without internet.
