Terrible customer care

I have logged 5 enquiries since morning and each time i am told a ticket is logged and someone would call. I have been calling since 8 in the morning and my router issue is still not resolved. NOW i cant even get through to the contact centre.

If I am not losing out on a work day I would have remained patient. The lack of client service or technical support has taken an entire day from me.

No one was able to assist and it baffles the mind because its a technical support line.

I need my issues resolved asap!
